Note: During February and March of 2005, while
the owners of the arena (Delaware North Companies)
searched for a new corporate sponsor, daily naming
rights to the facility were auctioned off on the Internet
auction site eBay. A total of 30 different one-day
naming rights were sold during this period.
Parking and Transportation:
The MBTA garage is located directly underneath
the TD Banknorth Garden and has a total of 1,150 parking
spaces. Additional nearby parking can be found at
the Government Center Garage, located 5 minutes from
the arena. For commuters traveling by rail, Boston's
North Station is also located underneath the arena.
The station is serviced by the Orange and Green lines
of the MBTA rail system and the Amtrak Downeaster
train service.
