*Note: The stadium was orginally opened as the Centennial
Olympic Stadium and was used for the 1996 Summer Olympics
and the 1996 Summer Paralympics. After these events,
the stadium was extensively renovated and fitted for
baseball.

Parking and Transportation:
There are 12 parking lots located on-site at Turner
Field. Advance purchase parking rates range from $8-10
for cars and $40 for buses. Day of game parking is priced
at $10-12 for cars and $50 for buses. The stadium also
has a preferred parking area located directly across
from the NE stadium gate reserved for Lexus vehicles
only. Those arriving via the MARTA light rail system
can either take the Braves Shuttle from the Underground/World
of Coca Cola station or take a short walk from the from
the Georgia State University station (located less than
1 mile from the ballpark).
